Alicia’s illustrious background in global operations and ecosystem development started with her military training and leadership. With over a decade of experience in startups, marketing, and VC operations, Alicia has been pivotal in supporting veterans transition to entrepreneurship and is committed to fostering innovation on the venture team. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her two daughters, Jordyn and Stevie, embodying the belief in holistic growth. Her teammates are grateful to have a West Coast proxy, especially when it comes to booking last-minute group reservations (as long as Bad Bunny isn’t in town).
